You can also create products with a very large array of prices, depending on how the product is offered and what the client wants. The client can pick the product, then choose quantity, paper type, foil, embossing, finishing options, colour, turnaround time, delivery options and anything else.
These parameters can be a mix of base price, and additional options. Here are some examples and how to set them up.
You sell Superhero Posters, in Quantities of 1, 2 and 5.
- Create Regular Product, name it Superhero Posters
- Add some Product Images
- Click on Pricing Setup, then Quantity.
- Choose List, then add 1, 2 and 5 in the QTY list
- Press Save
- Go to the next tab Pricing and see the pricing Matrix.
- Enter a Sell Price for every Quantity. ie: 1 is $40, 2 is $60, 5 is $100
- Press Save
- Login as an End User and see how it looks.
You sell Spiderman and Batman Posters, in any Quantity. The Batman ones are double the price.

- Along the row YES, put 15 in the column Sell Price Add

- On the left tick the tickbox marked ‘Click here to multiply the fixed prices (not %) given on this table by the QTY’
- Press Save
- Login as an End User and see how it looks. If the user wants 45 posters with metal frames, the price is calculated as (45xSpiderman Posters)+(45 x $20)
The Posters can be laminated – that increases the Base Price (price of posters without Additional Options) by 12%
- Press ‘Add Additional Option’
- Call it Finish, and add None, and Gloss laminate in two rows in the VALUE column on the right
- Along the rows for Gloss, put 12 in the column Sell Price %
- Press Save
- Login as an End User and see how it looks.
You can add as many Parameters and Additional Options as you like. Be careful not to add too many Parameters though, as you may have quite a lot of entries on the Pricing matrix. You can also import pricing from one product to another.
