The PrintJob Order Manager has had a major upgrade in the form of ‘Editable Statuses’. Now you can Add/Edit/Delete statuses, to manage your jobs. Please note that some of the statuses are mandatory, such as Completed, which triggers an email, after marking a job as completed.
You can also reorder the columns in the Order Manager to present the information according to importance, by dragging on the columns.
The default SORT method for jobs is most recent ordered first. You can change the sort order, for example to, ‘Client’.
While more tasks can be carried out on a job view page, you can also manipulate groups of orders by ticking on them, on the left hand side, and choosing from the drop down list at the bottom (change status, mark as dispatched).
